35-acre outdoor recreational facility at Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo north of Española to include baseball, soccer, football and volleyball fields; concession stand; play equipment; prescription nature trails with exercise equipment; and edible and native plant palette. Irrigation source to be recycled effluent from Pueblo.
